Judy Chicago is an artist who is best known fro her multi-media work The Dinner Party, a symbolic history of women in western civilization which travelled extensively throughout the world. Other projects include the Birth Project and the Holocaust Project. She is author of Through the Flower: My Struggle as a Woman Artist and a co-founder of Women Art and Through the Flower organizations. Part of Women's Week.
