An Evening with Dr. Science

Dan Coffey is best known to public radio listeners as "Dr. Science." Coffey is the founder of Duck's Breath Mystery Theater and the co-author of two books, Dr. Science's Big Book of Science, Simplified and Dr. Science's Book of Shocking Domestic Revelations. He was also featured on a children's show, "Dr. Science," which aired on Fox TV. Coffey has taught television and radio at The University of Iowa's Department of Communication Studies. He has also directed the Iowa Radio Project and was the original host of the NPR quiz show "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!"
