Romanian-born writer Andrei Codrescu is a commentator on national public Radio and a professor of English at Louisiana State university. He edits Exquisite Corpse: A Journal of Books and Ideas and his collections of poetry, fiction and essays include: Comrade Past and Mister Present, The life and Times of An Involuntary Genius and Raised by Puppets Only to Be Killed by Research. he recently returned from a visit to Romania.
