Nomondo Ngubo is a fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies working with the Third World Women's Project. She is a labor specialist and a founding member of the South African mine workers union. She has served for the past five years as Special International Representative of the United Mine Workers of America. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in industrial and labor relations from Indiana University in Pennsylvania.
