Lennox Hinds is legal counsel to the African National Congress and the Republic of Namibia and serves as the permanent representative to the United Nations for the International Association of Democratic Lawyers. He is senior partner with Stevens, hinds and White and professor of law and chairman of the Administration of Justice Department at Rutgers University. He specializes in criminal and international humanitarian law and is the author of Illusions of Justice: Human rights violations in the United States.
