Will Refugees Have A Place in the New World Order?

Ralston H. Deffenbaugh is executive director of the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, an American refugee resettlement agency. He was director of the office which represents the Lutheran World Federation at the United Nations and served as an informal consultant to members of the committee drafting the Namibian constitution. He has carried out special assignments in Brazil and on the West Bank and observed political trials for the Lutheran World Federation and Amnesty International in Liberia, El Salvador and South Africa.
