Strength Through Peace

Richard Barnet is a Senior Fellow of the Institute For Policy Studies, an independent center devoted to research on public policy questions. Besides founding the Institute in 1963, he has written several books, including Global Reach: The Power of the Multi-National Corporations which he co-authored with Ronald Muller.

During the Kennedy Administration he was an official of the State Department and the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. he was also a consultant to the Department of Defense.
