Dr. Galper, an associate professor in the School of Social Administration at Temple University, received his Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work and Social Research. He has authored numerous articles and reviews, as well as his two books: The Politics of Social Services and Social Work Practice: A Radical Perspective Over the past decade he has been involved in progressive political work, particularly in Philadelphia.
