Social and Ethical Questions in Human Genetic Engineering

Alexander Capron is Topping Professor of Law, Medicine, and Public Policy at the University of Southern California's Law Center. He was executive director of the President's Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in medicine and Biomedical and Behavioral Research. He is a Fellow and member of the board of directors of the Institute of Society , Ethics, and the Life Sciences. He writes and lectures extensively on the subjects of medicine, ethics, and the law.
