Helen Longino is Professor of Philosophy and Women's Studies and a member of the Minnesota Center for Philosophy of Science at the University of Minnesota. Her work has been recognized by grants from the NSF and private foundations, and she has been widely published in a variety of journals. Her books include Science as Social Knowledge and The Fate of Knowledge.
