Garrit Olivier is Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Pretoria. He is visiting the United States as a Senior Research Fellow at Harvard's Center for International Relations. Dr. Olivier has written extensively on the political situation in South Africa and was recommended by the South African Embassy.
