Potentialities and Limits for the Third World

Ramakrishna Vaitheswaran, a former visiting Professor at Iowa State, is a member of the East-West Seminar, a Tokyo-based organization that brings together public leaders from East and West for dialogue, aimed at greater understanding. Dr. Vaitheswaran is Chair of the Department of Business and Economics at Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. his research interest is in the political economy of developing countries, a topic on which he has written and lectured in this country.
