Denis Goulet is the O'Neill Professor in Education for Justice, University of Notre Dame. he holds concurrent appointments in the department of Economics, the Helen Kellogg Institute for International Studies and the Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. A pioneer in the study of development ethics he has published over 150 articles and monographs and ten books including: Ethics of Development, The Cruel Choice, A New Moral Order, and Incentives for development: The Key to Equity.
