Nonrenewable Energy Alternatives and Their Economics
Natalie Rolph, chief economist for Black & Veatch Enterprise Management Solutions, has over thirty years of experience in the electric power industry. She established Black & Veatch’s regional electric market forecasting practice and is responsible for emission allowance modeling and allowance price forecasting. Rolph also oversees the development of economic models to support chilled water, steam, and electric master planning for large users such as cities, industrial complexes, water and wastewater districts, and universities. Her experience includes preparation of the socioeconomic and cost/benefit portions of some of the first environmental impact statements produced in the United States.
