Dr. Busby, Associate Professor of Communications Arts of the University of South Alabama, was formerly Acting Chair of Speech and Telecommunicative Arts at Iowa State. She has served as an American specialist in broadcasting in Panama and as a US representative to an Organization of American States communications conference in the Dominican Republic.
