Life Beyond Earth

Carl Sagan is director of the Laboratory for Planetary Studies and Professor of Astronomy and Space Science at Cornell University. He is the recipient of the NASA Medal for Exceptional Scientific Achievement and the author of Intelligent Life in the Universe, Communication with Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and The Cosmic Connection.
