Steve King in Iowa’s 4th District, earning nationwide recognition for his people-powered grassroots campaign that fell just 3 points short in a district that Donald Trump won by 27 points in 2016. As the Democratic nominee for the district again this year, J.D. want to be a voice for rural, working, and underserved communities in Iowa. He will be speaking about several basic economic and democratic reforms that would help everyone in the district, and showing how "rural" issues and student issues connect and overlap.
