Lessons Learned from the Past: Visions for the Future

Dorothy Cotton worked closely with Dr. King as the only female member of his Executive Staff designin and conducting training programs which developed local leadership in the South and promoted social change using non-violent strategies. She was the Director of Student Activities at Cornell University until 1991.
