ISCORE Keynote Address on Race and Ethnicity

Kathleen Wong(Lau) is the director of the University of Oklahoma's Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies. She has done consulting and training on diversity and inclusion in university settings and the private corporate sector, and has published research on structural inequality within higher education and best practices for addressing multicultural leadership within institutions. Wong(Lau) was previously at Michigan State University, where she worked with administrators in the College of Veterinary Medicine to design a model for intercultural education, diversity and inclusion for faculty, staff and students. She has also served as a curriculum writer, facilitator, and board member for Campus Women Lead, a national women's leadership group affiliated with the Association of American Colleges and Universities.
