Rowena (Ro) Crosbie is Founder and President of Tero International, a corporate training company specializing in the development of interpersonal and leadership skills.  Thousands of business professionals from locations around the world are graduates of Tero’s proprietary programs.  She is also co-author of the award winning book, Your Invisible Toolbox.  Ro serves on several Boards including Delta Dental of Iowa, Hubbell Realty Company, Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) of Iowa and the Greater Des Moines Partnership where she is one of two vice-chairs. She is Past-Chair of Iowa State University’s Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) Advisory Council. Ro received the Immigrant Spirit Award at the International Entrepreneurs Summit in 2018.  She was honored as the NAWBO Iowa 2017 Legacy Hall of Fame Award Inductee, Woman of Influence Business Owner of the Year by the Des Moines Business Record in 2009 and Executive of the Year by Executive Women International, Iowa Chapter, in 2004.
