An Inconvenient Truth: A Global Warming Update

Tony Thompson is a trained presenter for The Climate Project, a movement to educate and challenge citizens and governments into action against the growing crisis of global warming. The project is a follow-up to Al Gore's documentary An Inconvenient Truth. Thompson was born and raised on a small farm in central Iowa. He has been a full-time volunteer for and staff member of Habitat for Humanity at its headquarters in Americus, Georgia, and director of the Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity ReStore. He also served on the board of directors of the Iowa Environmental Council. Thompson is currently pursuing a master's degree in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability at the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden.
