James Baker, ISU Agricultural Engineering Department, is a faculty member of the Water Resources Graduate Program (WRGP) and Bill Crumpton, ISU Botany Department, is a faculty member of the WRGP and the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Program. John Miranowski is director of the Resources and Technology Division of the USDA Economic Research Service and was an associate professor of economics at ISU.
