Summary: Moving on may mean anything from transitioning to a higher level of operation in the organization, moving out of your current position and on to your next challenge, or simply your recognition that we need to prepare the next generation of leaders. We will discuss how we manage transition and change in our organizations and in our lives; ways to prepare and teach others to assume greater responsibility and roles within our organizations; and how we gracefully move on to our next great opportunity. The Bailey Leadership Initiative is a consulting and coaching organization that takes a customized approach with each client. We set ourselves apart from other consultants because we do not use a "one size fits all" approach when we work with you. Our work is based upon research, practical and political experience, and common sense. We talk with you about your objectives in working with the Bailey Leadership Initiative, and develop methods and processes that will meet your needs to achieve your goals for our work together.Your work with the Bailey Leadership Initiative can help move you or your organization forward in the development of leadership capabilities. We can help you clarify your personal or your organization's goals and help you develop the steps to reach those goals. Through individual or organizational coaching, we can provide the accountability and a sounding board for implementation of the steps to reach your goals. If this approach is something that you'd like to explore for yourself or for your organization, please contact us.
