How Local Organizing Can End Global AIDS and Malnutrition

Ken Patterson is Global Grassroots Manager of RESULTS, an organization that works to create long-term solutions to poverty by supporting programs that address its root causes - lack of access to medical care, education, or opportunity to move up the economic ladder. Patterson provides community organizing, advocacy, and legislative support and training to a network of seventy RESULTS chapters around the United States. With the assistance of grassroots advocates and the legislative team, he has helped change U.S. policy and funding levels to improve the lives of the world's poorest people.
