The Future of Indochina

James C. Scott is a political scientist whose main work deals with corruption and political change in SE Asian government. Currently, Scott is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also Chairman of the Southeast Asian Studies Program there.
