John Frohmnmayer is the chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Stanford with a bachelor's in American History and attended Union Theological Seminary as a Rockefeller Fellow. After serving in the Navy he received his master's degree in christian Ethics from the University of Chicago and a law degree from the University of Oregon.
