Dr. Ronald E. Muller, Professor of Economics, earned his PhD from and teaches at the American University, Washington, DC. After serving as head of a joint-NATO economic and political information center in Germany, Dr. Muller became an international consultant of multinational corporations, ministries of developing nations and international organizations, and agencies of the US Government.
