Economic Rights and the Future of International Human Rights

Holly Burkhalter is the director of advocacy for Human Rights watch, a private human rights monitoring and research organization. She is director of their Washington office and has frequently testified before Congress on human rights. Before joining Human Rights Watch, she staffed the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on human Rights and International Organizations.
