Robert Waller is a management consultant who helped develop Interpretive Structural Modeling a methodology for dealing with complex problem-solving. He is a professor of management and was dean of the School of Business at the University of Northern Iowa. he is author of Making Sense of Complexity: Structural Modeling for Decisions Policy and Living and a collection of essays on the environment, Just Beyond the Firelight.
