Daniel Brenner is vice president for Law and Regulatory Policy at the National Cable Television Association. he was director of the Communications Law Program and member of the faculty at UCLA Law School, senior legal adviser to Chairman Mark Fowler of the Federal communications Commission; vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; and consultant to the RAND Corporation and the International Media Fund.
