David Ehrenfeld is a professor of biology at Rutgers University and author of Biological Conservation, Conserving Life on Earth and The Arrogance of Humanism. He is currently working on a new book Losing Knowledge. Dr. Ehrenfeld received his doctorate in zoology from the University of Florida and a medical degree from Harvard.
