Marjorie Hoy is an expert in the areas of biological control and genetic manipulation of organisms. She is the author of Molecular Genetics, Insect Molecular Genetics and 280 articles. She is Professor and Eminent Scholar at the University of Florida and is also coeditor of Biological Control in Agricultural IPM Systems; Biological Control of Pests by Mites; and Genetics in Relation to Insect Management. Dr. Hoy is also an editorial review member for the following journals: Biocontrol Science and Technology, Biological Control, Theory and Application in Pest Management, Experimental and Applied Acarology, and Environmental Biosafety Research.
