Corporate Constitutional Rights and the Erosion of Democracy

David Cobb is a former Green Party presidential candidate and the spokesperson for the grassroots organization Move to Amend. Move to Amend is leading a coalition of organizations and individuals working for a constitutional amendment to reverse the 2010 Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission Supreme Court decision.
