Scientists can now use biotechnology to create characteristics in plants and animals by transferring genetic material from one source to another plant or animal. What personal and societal issues emerge about these practices? After a brief videotape about biotechnology foods, participants will explore three alternative approaches for resolving the issue of how we treat the use of biotechnology in food production.
