America's Funniest Chemical Videos: Dazzling Demos and Videotaped Bloopers

John Fortman will show videotape from his collection of misadventures in the laboratory. Portions of demonstrations by the Weird Science group will be included. He will also conduct his own chemical demonstrations. John Fortman is professor, associate chair of Chemistry, and the Robert J. Kegerreis Distinguished Professor of Teaching at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He received his doctorate in physical inorganic chemistry from the University of Notre Dame.
