Edward McAuley is the Khan Professor in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign, with appointments in the Departments of Kinesiology and Community Health, Psychology, and Internal Medicine at Illinois. He will present an overview of findings from a systematic series of physical activity interventions designed to enhance multiple aspects of well-being in older adults, including physical function, quality of life, and cognitive function.
