Dr. margaret Wiser is a Professor of Early childhood and Elementrary Education at the University of Iowa and received her Ed.D. from the University of Illinois. She has written numerous journal articles in addition to the book Group Care and Education of Infants and Toddlers, and is a member of the Iowa Professional Teaching Practice Commission.
