 retta brings over 30 years of experience shaped by agricultural partnershi
 ps\, mentorship\, and a values-driven approach to leadership. Her deep com
 mitment to Iowa State University includes championing the Stanely L. Ballo
 un Turkey Teaching and Research Facility and supporting the Veterinary Dia
 gnostic Laboratory\, ensuring lasting impact on students and agricultural 
 programs. Honored as an ISU Honorary Alumna\, Gretta continues to inspire 
 future leaders with her advocacy\, generosity\, and signature encouragemen
