 s evening dedicated to increasing mental health awareness and connecting s
 tudents with campus and community resources. The event will feature a keyn
 ote presentation by mental health advocate Foster Huggins\, who will speak
  about losing someone to suicide\, the power of acceptance\, and finding p
 urpose through grief. Students can explore resource tables hosted by Stude
 nt Counseling Services and ISU Police\, meet the therapy dogs\, and partic
 ipate in a closing activity creating “Your Life Is Worth Living” yard 
 signs to display throughout the community.\n\nFoster Huggins is a mental h
 ealth speaker and the creator of Underwater FlyZone\, a podcast and clothi
 ng brand he founded after losing his best friend to suicide in 2017. Motiv
 ated by that loss\, he has dedicated himself to breaking the silence aroun
 d suicide and inspiring others to seek connection\, purpose\, and support.
  A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Physic
 al Education\, Huggins taught elementary PE before transitioning full‑ti
 me into public speaking. He now leads mental health programs for schools\,
  universities\, businesses\, and community organizations across the countr
 y\, sharing a message rooted in honesty\, resilience\, and hope.
