Emma Benoit became a passionate suicide prevention advocate after surviving a suicide attempt in 2017 that left her paralyzed and sparked a journey of healing, faith, and purpose. Formerly a high school cheerleader battling silent depression and anxiety, she now uses her experience to inspire others, sharing her story through her website Life Rejuvenated and the documentary, "My Ascension", which explores youth suicide and her recovery. Emma serves as an Ambassador for LivingWorks and has been featured on “Red Table Talk” and numerous media outlets. A compelling speaker, she has addressed thousands at events like the Hope Squad National Conference, LSU School of Social Work Conference, and the California Department of Education Youth Summit.
